I think this event went great overall. The three-day event included a tent, a table and two chairs, which made the setup slightly simpler than others. The weather was actually optimal for the most part other than Saturday where we experienced rain for 2 hours.
As a market vendor we were placed pretty far away from the main stage, and I think that is actually a good thing because I really just don’t like loud music.
In this festival, we deployed a new vinyl banner to replace the old backdrop that we had been using for the past year. The new backdrop looks better and works better under the wind.
We added licensed stickers to be used as the small prize. These new stickers were printed, laminated and cut by us, so we have full control over the quality and we can easily print more when we run out of them.
Overall the game booth worked really well. In the future, we are hoping to add more vinyl banners for decorating the booth and explaining how the booth works.
